Hi all and good morning.

Slowly getting colder outside...yep..winter is definately on its way!
However, I look at this in the way that Id rather stay indoors in the warmt and not be out in the midst of shops and tempted to spend any money...so a saving time of year...until x-mas!!

Just wondered : been BR since May and havent heard anything from OR.
Is my case gathering dust somewhere until Im free..??

:)

Hiya Most Worried

Yes, I would suggest so. It sounds as if the OR has completed any investigation. Now it is a case of waiting until the OR decides to discharge you early or waiting until next May when you will automatically be discharged from bankruptcy.

All the best.
