HI I HAVE JUST SPLIT FROM MY EX WIFE AND NEED A PLACE TO LIVE BASICALLY AS SOON ASI GET PAID OF (£1213PER MONTH)I AM ALREADY IN MY OVERDRAFT I THINK I OWE ABOUT £23,000 WHAT CAN I DO. i PAY ABOUT ABOUT £500 EACH MONTH ON MY LOAN

Welcome, would suggest you write down your income and expenditure not including money paid to creditors and then take advice from an Insolvency Practioner who will be able to advise you of the options available to you. There will be a solution for you and you will feel so much better once you have taken advice on your personal circumstances. IVA.com is a good place to start. Good luck

Also you could try the CAB, CCCS or National debtline who are charities who provide free infomation and help
