Spoke to NR this morning and explained my situation and the fact i was going BR. No mention that they had already put a claim in through the county court. I have 14 day to respond but i am going BR on the 24th. Firstly is 14 days, 14 working days or 14 actual days. Sedcondly do i complete and return the forms and advise i am going BR or do i ignore the claim as by the time the next step is taken i should be BR?

Any advice is appreciated.

Hi Hammy,

Assuming this debt is unsecured, it will be written off in your BR. Given the timeframes involved, they wouldn't have enough time to enforce the CCJ before the debt is written off so i would ignore it.
