| hello all members,im new from scotland.made bancrupt 2007,although date was 21 jan 08 .i think im out of trouble now,didnt respond to anyone left the country,lost everything house, buisness,car,the lot.had a great time abroad.joined aa over there lol.now im back 2 years,renting house not working,have been checking insolvency register it says dicharge by process of law but no date above it can anyone tell me ho that register works,cheers l |

were you made bankrupt North of border or by creditor south of border ?

Richardhi it was south lanarkshire council who made me bancrupt in scotland,council tax arrears thanks for your reply
