I'm living outside the UK, with no intention of returning, but have 10k overdue debt with UK VISA. I have no assets, and can not afford to travel to the UK, nor pay the 700 pounds required by the court. Any ideas ?
I'm living in Belgium (last 7 years). As throughout that time (until last Oct) worked as a contractor and NI was paid in UK, no entitlements to benefits here, so zero income. Zero assets (here or UK). Contacted VISA to explain but they could not help.
