Hi all. I am fortunately only 3 weeks away from AD, I am IPA free and don't expect to here from them now. My situation and question for the forum is this. I have recently been made redundant :( and obviously applying for jobs however some ask about bankruptcy on the application forms. Once my AD occurs on the 4th August will I still have to declare ever being bankrupt on job applications????

anyone had experience of this

thanks in advance

Hi Julie,

Unfortunately, if it specifically asks, then you have to answer yes, whether you are discharged or not.
