I'm thinking of declaring bankruptcy but I am having trouble working out my disposable income if any. Is there anywhere I can get all the information I need regarding my food allowance, clothing, birthday + christmas gifts, socialising etc?

Hi and welcome.
You need to put down what you spend - the OR will tell you whether you are allowed it or not.
We don't publish allowances on here as some people would take the mickey and claim for everything.

always encourage you to look at your own situation as you may end up in front of the examiner explaining why you put that amount so best if you can say it was for this reason etc etc

If you can justify it though then there shouldn't be a problem.

exactly, the trouble people have when asked to justify though is when people say, well some website told me i can have this much which does not wash, far better to be able to say something like, i use this much, i have these outgoings, i have so many children, one of them is almost an adult etc etc

Hi, you have to declare what your expenditure is on each one, i.e rent, clothing, travel to work, electricity etc. Examiners do use a document that provides them with averages for expenditure for different size households, and which they will compare against yours. But as long as you can justify your expenditure, then there should be no problems.
