| i was going down the IVA route and then decided this wasnt the best route for me and advised my IP, but the IVA was already accepted by the creditors, My insolvency practioner recorded the IVA and this is now showing on my credit records and I need this to be removed as it was only active for 8 days and no payments etc were taken during this time and as I did not proceed with the IVA, I don't feel that it is right that this should remain on my credit report, especially as this is now causing me problems trying to rent. |

Yes I have, they just said that it was active for 8 days therefore it can't be removed, but I don't see how that can be right?

Hmmm, I can see how annoying that could be, it seems a shame that they can't remove it, I guess once you've entered into insolvency proceedings, that's it.
Sorry you're having problems renting, try private landords maybe?
