I am being taken to court. The official receiver is looking for an IPO. It is a figure of £900 per month. If it is at this rate I will not be able to pay my mortgage. I am concerned that I will loose my home and would like to know what course of action I should take.

What is the OR not allowing in your expenditure?

How much are your mortgage payments per month?

You need to contact the OR as the figures they have may be wrong. They will only take disposable income if it is over £20 per month.
