i have been unemployed for several years and my council tax,rent and water rates have been going into arrears due to going on and off unemployment and the companies not sorting out my differences in time what do i do to clear these debts as it is not my fault solely.

Sorry to hear of your problems - bankruptcy could certainly be an option for you. How much do you owe in total? Speak to an expert for some free advice.
