I was made Bankrupt in June 2011. Since then my business had to close and due to this there was a domestic customer we did not complete works for. They are taking me to court to reclame all the monies they paid me. Can I end up with an other CCJ while I am still within my bankruptcy? I have nothing left and I am currently unemployed. What happens next?
