I have been made bankrupt today, but i feel that the decision should not have been made as I have contacted the creditor to arrange monthly payments, but while I was abroad they made a CCJ against me. What I have offered to pay a month they said was unacceptable.

im sorry, what was the question?

Did she attend the hearing, legally if a CCJ has been made then the whole amount is due and a bankruptcy application can be made
