My IVA will expire in about 3 months Advice needed !

Hi Shane and welcome.

Do you mean that your IVA is going to fail? What is the reason for this? Have you spoken to your IP about any problems you may have?

If it does fail then you can go bankrupt or do a DMP both of which will impact on your credit record.

Do you have any assets, such as a house, that you need to protect?
