Im an Irish citizen living in the UK for the last 3 years. I have a mortgage and also a bank loan and a credit card loan all taking out in Ireland. I can not afford to pay these debts. I intend to stay in the UK permanently and not return to Ireland. I want to know my options of declaring bankruptcy here in UK?
