Emma called regarding her Council tax. She has a bill going back to 2005 for £182. She want to know if the statute of limitations apply. She said that they have not chased her for 6 years (she is currently up to date with her council tax from that date).
Does the statute of limitations apply to council bill dated 2005 ?
