When i have been discharged say after 12 months do i still have to tell the OR if i get a rise at work or win money?

Hi Gary,

If you have been discharged without getting an IPA/IPO, then you are free and clear and your business with the OR is concluded.

I got an IPA of £93 a month but just wondering if i get a new job after 12 months can they still increase the IPA.

Hi Gary,

You do have to keep the OR advised of any change in your circumstances for the duration of your IPA, which includes pay rises and windfalls I'm afraid.
