A year ago I went through the bankruptcy procedure. Officialy on 3rd March 2011 to be exact. I went through the OR and then (still) with the trustees. They don't answer my questions or ask me much. Tell me, if this is still 'work in progress' will I still be automatically discharged on 3rd March 2012? Its all about what my ex-husband owes me through a Court Order that the trustees have ownership of now anyway - confused at the lack of communication from the trustees!
As far as I'm aware Widge you will be automatically discharged in two days time. Check the register to make sure and print off a copy of the page that says you are discharged in case you need it in the future.
Don't know about the court order though.

I'm pretty much sure that your AD should happen Widge.We heard absolutely nothing after the 1st 3 months of BR. Hope all goes well and we shall be awaiting your post on the 3rd.

Last IPA payment made on 28th June 2010 and I'm now looking forward to getting married in September 2012 - I'm proof that you can go BR and come out the other side.
About to be discharged - I think?
