Bailiffs are going into one of my shops. Would they be able to go into the other shop I have or would that shop would be safe ?

Hi Molly

Are you a sole trader? If so then any business debts that you have are personally owed by you and all of the assets of both your shops are also personally owned by you. As such a bailiff could attempt to seize goods a either of your shops.

How much debt do you owe and what action have you been considering to stop the bailiff's action?
