I have had 13 parking tickets over a period of about 6 months and I could not pay these because I was out of work at the time.
What can I do about this ?

Do you have any other debts? How much do the fines add up to?

Have the fines been issued through the magistrates court?

If the fines have been issued through the court then I don't think you can include them in bankruptcy.

If you have no other debts then you will have to come to some sort of arrangement with the court.

Follow through
Make your dreams come true
Don't give up the fight
You will be alright
