I was discharged from bankruptcy a year ago but a debt collection agency has been calling my father's house. What they can do, if anything. I am out of the country.
Thanks Jan, just come as a bolt from the blue I was hoping this was all over! I was just startiing a new abnk account etc whcih is why it may have been flagged up but I am scared of keeping any money in there now. I am sure I included everything in the bankruptcy but I will wait for them to call back, I think it may be an old gym mebership that I cancelled early but they didnt except it.
