outstanding Council Tax bill from 2009 . I received a text message from the Bailiff today saying that they are going to come to the property at 2pm and i have to make a payment of over £55 or they will take my possessions.
Agree with debtinfo - if they have not been before and don't have a court order then they cannot enter your house if you don't let them in at the front door.
As stated though - make sure that all other doors and windows are shut otherwise they can come in that way.
