Declaring bankruptcy from North America ?

I've been living in North America for less than 3 years and want to declare bankruptcy in UK. Am working but separated from wife and soon to be divorced. Am paying maintenance/support for wife and kids and living expenses of my own. What can I expect from the OR with repect to allowable income?

Hi John,

You will be allowed essential living costs, you must put on the form everything you actually spend, including the maintenance for your children.
