I had an overdraft at my bank. It was defaulted on my record whilst still doing my IVA. This account was opened before the IVA had started. Is there any way this can be tken off my record ?

You need to write to the data controller for the creditor and ask them to remove any defaults after the date of your IVA acceptance.

Then, after 6 years from that date, it will drop off your creit file.
