A bailiff threat from council tax. I was under the impression that I had paid all of the debt but was informed last week that there is still £80 outstanding. I have now been informed that the bailiffs will be coming at 10.00 in the morning, to seize goods, if I have not been in contact. I was only notified of the outstanding amount last week. Can they legally do this?
