Jane called to get some advice regarding a property they are looking to buy. She advised there is an interim charging order and a charging order on the property and she needs to know which would be able to stop the sale.

Unlikely that they would as it means they will get the money owed now, They could potentially stop it if the house didn't have enough equity to pay them.
