I have a magistrate court fee which I was not aware of until the warranty office called. They would like the payment in full which I can't afford it. If the payment is not made will I be arrested? I feel in need of some support.

Hi Jana,

I would speak to them to see you can come to some arrangement to pay it off in instalments. It depends on what the fine is for as to what will happen.
