i have personaly been made bankrupt and someone else took over my company but a car which was in the old companys name but has been taken over by the new company and is now registered in the new companys name has had a parking fine and the bayliffs are cxomming to remove it but the new company own it can they do this
Can bailiffs remove car no longer owned by me ?
