I have a debt which I have agreed to pay in 4 instalments, however it was not specified how much the payments would be. I made a payment on 22nd February and have now received a statutory demand advising that if the balance isn't paid within 21 days they will apply to the courts for bankruptcy. Can they do this as an amount was not agreed only that it would be paid in the 4 instalments?
