My partner currently is in IVA. She has managed to pay all her balance. IVA people has bunked the fees and charges up to £31,000 when it should be about £6.000, How much should the payment be?

This doesn't make any sense and we can't really answer as only the insolvency practitioner would have detailed knowledge of her IVA.

I suggest she speaks to her IP to clarify the amount.

Are they saying that she still owes this amount?
