I have just received notification of attachment to earnings from Jacobs Certified Bailiffs regarding my Council Tax but i have not had any documents from the Courts. Is this a legitimate document ?
If not then I imagine that it would be - means that money will be taken from your salary each month towards your debt. They couldn't do it without a court order.
