Is there anyone I can speak to regarding the actions of my trustee? I keep supplying them information, such as valuations, and they choose to ignore them if they have a higher valuation

I have a property in spain which the trustee has had valued at €100k. I got a valuation at €65k. Mortgage left to pay is €60k. Obviously a massive difference in the valuations but they are insisting theirs is the most accurate even though ive given examples of similar properties selling for around €60k-€70k.

well it is their property to sell so they can sell it to who they want for how much they want, only time will tell if the value is realistic, but a house is really worth what someone is willing to pay for it not really what the valuer says

Thanks for the reply. So could they market it and sell it for say €75k even though they have said that their valuation of €100k is accurate?

well im sure they would probably try and get 100K if that is what there valuation is but, they would everntually have to go with whatever the market will pay
