I was discharged 2 1/2 years ago and my income payment agreement has ended. My trustee in BR is applying for release and a new chapter begins. Started my own consultancy. I would like to thank this Forum for being there when this all started. Nearly lost our house but thanks to my other half's tough negotiating stance, and a bit of luck, she bought out my share for a good price. I also had to buy my motorbike back from the Trustee as its value was just over £2,000.
