Rebbecca would like to confirm that sending a limitation letter to a creditor will not acknowledge a debt.

I believe it isn't, but I'm not an expert on the limitations stuff, so maybe wait for another poster or google it.

I think you will probably have to state that whilst you are sending this letter, you do not acknowledge the debt.

The letter is also reference to statute barred debt as we have not received any contact from the creditor in over six years.
Thank you Viki and niobi for your responses, i'm very nervous about sending this letter in case they accept it as acknowledgement
