Saron started her own business and lost in access of £45,000 to a business partner. She tried to take him to court and ran up further debts. This debt is on her business overdraft. She cannot pay and they have told her that they will be visiting her home address, which is in her husband's name. She would like to know how to avoid losing her home and whether declaring herself bankrupt would be an option.
