I am a discharged (3yr) bankrupt. I am not in a payment plan nor have i any debts of any kind. My partner and i wish to buy a house. We are on good wages (mid 30K) and have a 15% deposit. What are our chances of getting a mortage now

Hi Taraog,

There is a mortgage broker called Ryan listed in the experts section, I suggest you give him a call and see if he can help.

Please let us know how you get on.

Hi Viki,
There's no-one listed as 'Ryan' under the experts section.

Sorry Taraog, he seems to have disappeared! If you visit our sister site, iva.co.uk he's listed in the experts section there.

If you search in the members list Ryan is still there and listed as an expert.

Only when the last tree has died, the last river has been poisoned and the last fish has been caught will we realise that we cannot eat money.

Last IPA payment made on 28th June 2010 and I'm now looking forward to getting married in September 2012 - I'm proof that you can go BR and come out the other side.

He's probably disappeared from the experts list because he's not posted for a while

Ascend may you find no resistance
Know that you made such a difference
All you leave behind will live to the end
The cycle of suffering goes on
But memories of you stay strong
Someday I too will fly and find you again

Hi, as Taraog was a new poster, was just trying highlight he may have needed to be searched for differently.

It must be 30days since Ryan has posted then.
