I am getting a little concerned about the direction of your posts. You seem to be looking for a way to spend your remaining credit without being liable.

If you need genuine help, I would be glad to help.

However I don't think it would be right for me to provide information on a theoretical basis that could be used to cheat the system that is there to help those in genuine debt distress.

remember Mancunian that if you spend money on your credit cards that you have no intention of repaying (by the means of BR) then that could be looked on as fraud and a prison sentance.

both cards holders are held jointly responsible, if one doesn't pay up, they'll persue the money from the other.

The additional cardholder is NOT responsible for the debt, only the ACCOUNT holder.
