in theory you would be accepted but as the debt is not huge I would recommend that you do some thorough research first.
You need to review Debt Management as well as our 10k debt is not sufficient for an IVA.
may I suggest you speak to Andrew Graveson @ Brightoak Debt Management on 0800 0437222 - certainly worth considering before you take the plunge.
