Hi everyone S10 here again. Would like to know if anyone else since declaring BR suddenley gets an influx of post offering help with your BR and able to save the day type wording. I assume these companies are just sending all new Bankrupts the same stuff. Any advice would be great. kind regards S10
Indeed, probably marketing from data on the Insolvency Register which is public record information. There recently has been a crackdown by the OFT on this, so hopefully the junk mail should start decreasing in volume.
