hi,we have a sky tv package which includes our broadband and a box for multiroom . partof this is payed for by my son also there are five phones on my contract but again part of the bill is payed for by my sons . the cost of my sky is £48 and my mobile is£135.do you think we could keep these as we only pay for part of them and do i list the full cost on my i/e .

You will not be allowed to subscribe to Sky, but as you are bound to be left with some disposable income untouched by the OR, then you can spend this on what you like - so the Sky could technically be retained. Why not get it transferred to your son's name and then you pay him a contribution?
