Hi on the SOA I just wanted to ask that because hubby and I are going BK at the same time and it asks for income from myself and any other income that the outgoings i have done are as joint on the form. What I mean is i have not halfed anything as the bills have been done on each as full and included both what I bring in and what hubby brings in.
Is this right
Also the creditors again some are joint like the bank accounts and the mortgage I have left these as whole balances and not halved them as that is what the total balances are at the time of the appt.
I want to make sure that nothing gets missed out esp if i half something and then find i should not have.
I think it is because all bills are done jointly and we are both going BK and so that is how i filled out the form.
I dont need to halve it do i.
Help please
Jo
