I was declared BR 12.06.08 and am still recieving letters and calls from the bank. I was wondering how long this will go on for? I will call the OR tomorrow and inform them.
Your bank should have reacted to the fact that you are bankrupt by now, although sometimes in the larger organisations things do take a little longer to get around. As you say let the OR deal with this.
