Does the OR look through my Bank statements later on in my Bankruptcy to make sure I havn't been Gambling, wasting money, going to the Off Licence every day spending £100's etc?
My point is ...is it the case that If I pay the IPA each month they leave you to 'tick along'??

I think the point here is not so much what the general pattern of events are. More importantly the OR is able to request statements throughout your period of bankruptcy if they so wish.

It is extremely unlikely that the OR will ever ask you for sight of bank statements once his investigations into your affairs are concluded, but if they do ask you do have a duty to produce the documents for inspection.

For an informal chat about any financial difficulties, or advice as to the options available, I can be contacted via my website - www.melaniegiles.com
