Hello, started filling br forms in, i sold some shares last year for 275k and invested it the company is due to fold what will happen to the 27.5k owing to hmcs as my money has gone down with the company

Hi johns

If the debt is personal then it is included in the bankruptcy. The company debts are included in the liquidation.
