I have been discharged now for 9 moths. the debts have beed paid and I even got back some money!! now a creditor has come forward with a debt before my B.R. but the did not file it with the I.P till after the cut off date advetised in the papers. now the I.P. want more money out of me !!!! It appears that the date Advertised is only a provisional date..... althought it clearly states that any further creditor that come forward will be excluded from the premium.. WHERE DO I STAND ?
