Hello there,

I was glancing through the forms sent to me by my local county court and two things are confusing me, the first thing is the separate form which came with it(Form 6.27 - Debtor's BR Petition), the way it's worded looks like it's filled in by the person owed the money as opposed to the other way around - is that right or is it just the way it reads?

The second thing is question 6.4 in regards to how much tax you pay each month, well i'm self employed for a start and in the first year of trading i didn't have to pay any tax, the accountant has last years books at the mo and i'd be surprised if there was any to pay for that year too so what should i enter?

regards,
andy

Hi andy

You have to fill in the 6.27 form, and with reference to your Tax ask your accountant to give you a calculation be based on your previous 3/6 months earnings!

If you are in need of any further help or assistance, please contact me regarding my services via email.
