Hi
Most, if not all, of them do but many will not entertain those in bankruptcy.

The Co-op ; Abbey ; Barclays will consider you.

Hi I have an electron card from the Coop which I opened on the day of my hearing.
I can use this online, for my food shopping etc and also I have the added advantage of being able to do DD's & SO's from this account whilst being able to access online.
I also have a Natwest First Reserve savings account that I have opened which allows me to use a Solo card similar to the electron in some places, I cannot do DD's etc but I can do other things should I need to.
Hope I have helped a bit.
