Live in a jointly owned house with my husband and two children, we have no equity in the house, can we still live here and will we be able to keep the house?

Hi and welcome.
My first thoughts are yes as long as you can find a 3rd party to buy the BI £1 plus the legal fee which i think is £211.
Also is it both of you going bankrupt or just one of you.
Hope i helped
Jo
