                      | Hi that is very similar to ours and the OR has not agreed anything yet. I dont know what you will be allowed as they are all so different in there views of expensies.

I will let everyone know mine once I know, but my OR did say that my one will be cut down a bit as they wont allow us for christmas and mobiles only a landline.

I think it may be a case of wait and see.

                      | Hi, we are going to start to do ours next week when hubby gets back, Hubby took out a new mobile contract in June due to the fact he got more minutes and txts and also reduced broadband for 10.00 a month less than what he was paying with vodafone, me and my son have just gone pay as you go with orange, I get free txt's he gets free mins, we need our mobiles after what has happened this year they are essential to us. If it wasn't for hubby having his mobile on him when he got beaten up It would have taken hours for me to find out, the police scrolled through it and found my no, as he was unconsous, the same when son broke his leg so I do hope they let hubby keep his contract. I am now wondering If I can claim for the bus fare for our son it is 44.00 every four weeks for a pass for college, he has now said he needs a lap top,etc etc I'm plesed I only have one!!
 Take Care

 Ann

                      | Hi Ann
We have listed our mobiles as Tools of the Trade as mine is part of my job contract (yet they dont pay, I just have to be reachable) and so is my husbands. Really hope that they will let us keep them as we dont use our landline at all. There isnt even a phone plugged in, its just for broadband (another company essential-to have access to company Intranet at home).

                      | Hey Ann,
My OR seemed very unsure of the whole procedure, I think she was new and so for us it could all change, who knows.

I did just answer your other post, I hope it helps,.

                      | Thats just what you need eh Jo? Any news on the car yet?

You hear such conflicting outcomes from different ORs dont you?
I read a month or so ago that the OR had no interest in their car (£4000), or their home (£5k equity) and didnt even want bank statements etc!!!!!

I just KNOW that that wont happen to me! Its just my luck, I'll have everything poured over with a magnifying glass.

                      | Hey me too. Nope no word on the car as of yet. :( But I dare say it wont be long.
I would really like to know what we are going to get in a way of IPA if we are going to get one, what allowances we are allowed and whether they are going to allow us to keep the car.
I know i have to send down OH wage slip at the end of the month then they will start to look into it more and decide from then.
Anyhow, mate you take care and I will def keep all informed as soon as i know anything.
