When we go bankrupt my wages and our expenses will clearly show all we can pay are our living costs - but not our mortgage. You cannot get help with a mortgage so we are moving into rented in December. If OH has a job by then we can pay the rent - if not we will need to claim housing benefit. We are planning on staying in our house till December without paying the mortgage - using my pay for everything else. I was going to show this on the BR forms (as they will see there is no money left for the mortgage) is this all ok?????

Hi huntersrishon

That is what the facts are, so that is what you should put on your forms. The OR will understand that with only one wage you are unable to pay all the living and housing costs so it will be fine.
