Hi

If the or is investigating you for a bro for not have the means to pay back what you have borrowed does he look at each stage you took out a new credit agreement or when you borrowed more on your existing agreement ie a credit card. I last agreement I took out was almost four years ago is the or likely to go back as far as this.

whether the card is new or not the OR would still look at increeased borrowings if there is no reasonable expectation of repayment. That said, it would be deemed more serious if new cards were taken out in this circumstance.
